General Campground Information

EV Charging

Our pedestals are not designed to charge EV's.  Plugging in your EV to one of our outlets or pedestals could result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You will be responsible for any damage resulting from the incorrect use of our pedestals and outlets. EV stations are located throughout the City of Leavenworth for your conveinence. Please scan the QR code on the warning label for pedestals and read the document that is provided for further information on EV Charging.

Generators

To provide a positive relaxing atmosphere for all guests and due to the high risk of fire, portable generators of any kind are prohibited. On board generators must be turned off at 10:00 pm to follow the quiet time guidelines.

Cancellation Policy & Stay Requirements

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground. Text and email notifications for cancellations are not permitted. Failure to call for cancellation or a no-show will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.

RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 pm two days before your scheduled arrival. Camping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA by 4 pm one week before your scheduled arrival. Holidays and Special Events: Special conditions apply during high-demand periods and special events. Leavenworth KOA requires a  2-night minimum stay during holidays and special events.  During Oktoberfest, Christmas Festivals, other Special Events and other holidays, the following cancellation policy will be in effect: RV, Tent sites, Cabins and Deluxe Cabins will forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival. A $10 fee applies if canceled prior to 7 days of scheduled arrival date. Rescheduling any reservation will be permitted two times and must be completed within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Any attempt to cancel after a reservation has been rescheduled, or attempt to reschedule a third time, will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.  Minimum Night Stays: RV & Tent sites - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 2 days of your arrival, $10 fee applies if canceled prior to 48 of scheduled arrival date. Cabins & Deluxe Cabins - Forfeit full deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival. A $10 fee applies if canceled prior to 7 days of scheduled arrival date.  Rescheduling any reservation will be permitted two times and must be completed prior to 48 hours of scheduled arrival. Any attempt to cancel within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, after a reservation has been rescheduled, or attempt to reschedule a third time, will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Reservations made after cancellation deadlines have a nonrefundable deposit.  Maximum Night Stays: From May 1 through October 30, the maximum stay for the entire camping party is 10 days.  Reservations made after cancellation deadlines have a nonrefundable deposit. Extended Stay reservations: The Leavenworth /Pine Village KOA is a Vacation Destination Campground only. Extended stays of 20-30 days for RV sites only (November-April) require a signed agreement and renewal is not guaranteed after 30 days.  A deposit equal to 1/2 of the number of days staying is required when making extended stay reservations. No refunds given for deposit if cancellation occurs. All reservations must be made and registered under an individual that is 21years old or older. ID will be required at check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
Due to limited space at each site, a 2 vehicle maximum is in effect per site. All extra vehicles exceeding the 2 vehicle maximum will need to park off of the campground. RV's, Camper Vans, Pick-up Campers and Tents are not allowed on Cabin sites.

WI-FI

We have basic Wi-Fi throughout the park. This can be used for checking email and basic functions.

Reservation Age Requirement

All reservations must be made and registered under an individual that is 21 years old or older. ID will be required at check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation! 

Pool/Hot Tub

No lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult. Children between the ages of 13 and 17 cannot use the pool alone. Unsupervised or disruptive children will be banned from the pool area. Hot tub is for guests 18 years of age and older. Our pool and hot tub close for the winter season. Our pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Visitor Policy

Campers are allowed visitors from 7am-9pm. All visitors are required to register at the main office and pay the daily fee(s) for each person visiting and their vehicle. All non registered visitors are subject to a $10 fee per person and $25 per vehicle charged to your site.

This facility and all offered amenities are for the use and participation of registered guests only.

Extra vehicles

Due to limited space at each site, a 2 vehicle maximum is in effect per site. The 2nd vehicle per site is an additional charge of $25 per night.  No parking on grass or in the road where traffic may be blocked. No parking between cabins, on service roads, or open spaces not designated for parking. DO NOT PARK IN VACANT SITES. Improperly parked or unregistered vehicles are subject to towing. Unregistered vehicles will be charged a fee to your site. All extra vehicles exceeding the 2 vehicle maximum will need to park off of the campground. 

Child Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times. Unsupervised children will be escorted to their site by KOA staff.

Rates

All rates quoted are estimates only and are subject to change.
All of our base rates include 2 people and 1 vehicle.
Any additional Children Ages 13-20 years are subject to an $8.00 per child per night  and People over 20 are subject to a $10.00 per person per night.
Any pets in cabins are subject to a $11.50 charge per night.
Any pets on RV & tent sites are subject to a $2.75 charge per night.
Extra vehicles, including Utility trailers, are subject to a $25 charge per vehicle per night in an effort to prevent overcrowding throughout the facility.
Any tent on an RV site is subject to a $20 charge per night and cannot be on the grass. Only one tent is allowed on an RV site.
Tent sites are for tents only!
Any Pickup Camper, Camper Van, Tent Trailer, or Tear Drop on a Tent site is subject to an additional $50 per night fee.
RVs, Camper Vans, Pickup Campers and Tents are not allowed on Cabin sites.

Late Check out $25.00.

Subletting any site at any time is strictly prohibited. Guests choosing to do this will be asked to leave the property without a refund - No exceptions.

Tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and 6 people.

Trash

Please keep your site and the campground clean. Place your trash in tied plastic bags in front of your site between 9 am and dusk for pickup. Do not leave trash out overnight.

Campfires

We allow wood fires in designated fire pits at each site. Burning of ground rubbish is strictly prohibited. Fire policy is subject to change due to burn bans, which normally go into effect around August 1st and lift October 1st. During burn bans, propane fires are allowed but wood and charcoal are strictly prohibited. All burn bans are regulated by Chelan County and enforced by KOA staff and the Chelan County Sheriff.

Wildlife

We are located in a mountainous region with wildlife, including deer, bears, raccoons, skunks, squirrels, turkeys and teenagers. Cougars may be present on our facility at any given time. Please keep your site clean of excessive trash and secure items left on tables and around your site, including alcohol, coolers, and bikes, at all times to minimize the risk of attracting unwanted or unexpected nightly guests. Keep kids and pets close.

Leavenworth Pet Policy

Your animal friends are welcome at the Leavenworth Pine Village KOA. We ask that you comply with the KOA official National Pet Policy. We ask that you not bring any animal known to exhibit aggressive or protective behavior. We ask that you do not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time and they must be on a 6 foot, or shorter, leash whenever the animal is outside the owner's trailer, vehicle, cabin or motorhome. Pet(s) that incessantly bark day or night are not permitted. Pets are only allowed inside designated "Pet Friendly" buildings. You are required to pick up after your animal friends. Violators of any of these policies may be asked to exit our campground.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-out time is 11am for all sites.
Check-in time is 1pm for RV and Tent sites.
Check-in time is 3pm for Cabins and Deluxe Cabins.
Campers can request a late check-out at the front desk by 11am on date of departure but is not guaranteed and an additional fee of $20.00 will apply for each hour past 11am.
Early Check in is not guaranteed, so please do not arrive before your scheduled check-in time.  All reservations must be made and registered under an individual that is 21 years old or older. ID will be required at check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation!  Due to limited space at each site, a 2 vehicle maximum is in effect per site. All extra vehicles exceeding the 2 vehicle maximum will need to park off of the campground.

Smoking

We pride ourselves on being a safe and healthy place to vacation. Smoking is not permitted in any building, pavilion, cabin, lodge, store or any other building on the property. We also ask that you do not smoke in the kids play area or around any buildings or their entrances. Smoking is only permitted on your site or in open areas where others are not being effected.

River Access

Access to the river is permitted if you are a registered guest. Check State Guidelines for fishing closures and requirements.

KOA General/Gift Store

The Leavenworth KOA General Store is open all year! Whether you are looking for that perfect gift, additional supplies for your RV, tent stakes, s'more supplies, bedding, food or any other item you may have forgotten or just remembered you need, you can find it in our store! No need to wait in long lines at the Safeway, look no farther than your Leavenworth KOA Store! Great, refreshing finds at fair prices! Make Leavenworth KOA Store your next shopping destination!

5 MPH and your vehicles

1. We are a kid friendly park and we have a 5 MPH speed limit. The kids are not watching out for you so please watch your speed and don't be upset if we ask you to slow down.
2. Washing your car, bike or RV is prohibited on the campground.
3. RV, tent and cabin spaces are designed to accommodate one vehicle, if you have additional vehicles please ask a staff member where you can park.
    NEVER park in an unoccupied site without asking first, there is a good chance it will be occupied by another guest.

Site Guarantee/Adjacent Lock/Group Lock

If you would like a specific site number, there is up to a $30 Site Guarantee Fee. If you want to be guaranteed a site next to an individual or group, there is a $30 fee to lock in the site. Please mention this at the time of reservation booking. Site Guarantee is only available by calling, or you can do a KOA select-my-site online for $30 if you are making your reservation online. Give us a call, and we would be happy to check site availability and guarantee a site for you! If you would like to change your site at check-in to be next to someone, there is a one-time $25 move request fee. If you do not use the Site Guarantee, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE RESERVATIONS AS NEEDED up until your time of arrival. The TYPE of site you reserve is automatically guaranteed even if you do not pay a Site Guarantee Fee.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am in accordance with the city of Leavenworth. Noise complaints should be directed to the after hours numbers. Please note that our facility has sites that can be located in close proximity to each other and being respectful of your neighbor is an important part of camping. If noise complaints are called in, you could be required to leave the park. Management will not shut down fires after 10pm as late night chats around the campfire are the essence of camping. Management reserves the right to extinguish any fire at any time.

Reservations

There's no better place to camp in the winter than Leavenworth KOA! With as many as 65 RV sites available to book with full hookups, including water, you'll be cozy inside your RV with all the comforts and quiet sound of snow falling amid the glow of Christmas lights!

Don't have an RV or leaving it at home? We have you covered there too! We have deluxe cabins with bathrooms/kitchens and cabins without bathrooms/kitchens, so you can experience all that camping has to offer without worrying about traveling with your RV or staying in a stuffy hotel room! So you can either rough it a little or cozy up in glamping's finest accommodations!

Looking to rough it a little? Tent camping is also available all winter!! All tent sites are located close to the main office and the bath house and hot water are always available!

**Winter gear is required for your vehicle and don't forget winter gear for you too! We get feet of snow and freezing temps, and while we do our best to keep the campground clear, mother nature has a mind of her own, and winter in the mountains can be very unpredictable. Come prepared for extreme winter conditions, including heavy snow, ice, and sub-zero temperatures.
